Lentor Central site awarded to GuocoLand

The tender for the ground lot at Lentor Central has recently been handed out to GuocoLand, that filed the largest price of $784.1 mil, released the URA on Thur 29 July.

The price pulls off to a ground premium of $1,204 psf ppr.

GuocoLand claimed it would most likely design the site in to a different operation building of three 25-storey buildings with almost 6hundred household apartments plus over 96K square foot of business, F&B plus retail zones on the ground floor.
